I found this photo today of my friend's "puppy" that I took a few years ago. I was taking photos of an ultimate frisbee game and decided the dog was just too cute to pass up.

- One afternoon I was sitting with my Nana and she was showing me some family photos I had not ever seen. She showed me pictures from her wedding day, my Nana and Papa smiling and laughing as they left the church. She also had photographs of my great- and great-great grandparents’ weddings, with the Victorian Era so evident in the bride’s gown. This struck a chord in my heart about the power of photography. A photograph captures a moment in time, forever preserved for future generations to admire. My goal as a photographer--whether it’s a wedding or family portrait--is to creatively capture special milestones for families to treasure forever.
